Marjason & Associates was formed in 1991 as an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Corporate Building Engineers and Energy Assessors and now specialise in the survey and energy assessment of property.

Marjason & Associates have always carried out Building surveys and as a natural extension to that service have been offering formal energy assessment reports for over a decade. Energy Performance Certificates both for domestic and commercial property have been provided since their introduction in 2007. EPCs, SAP, PEA and SBEM assessments for Building Regulation Part L compliance and the production of Display Energy Certificates for Pubic Buildings has now become the core business of the firm but we also still undertake property surveys, prepare condition reports and advise on building defects.
